Who We Are

Hope Citadel Foundation (HCF), formerly known as Missioners of Hope (MOH), was founded in 2004 by Eng. Geoffrey Otwala and Dr. Alice Otwala as a faith-based, interdenominational organization. Our foundation was born from a calling to serve the underserved—offering spiritual, physical, and socioeconomic support across Kenya.

For over 20 years, HCF has been a beacon of hope in 39 counties, impacting over 3 million lives through medical outreaches, evangelism, youth and women empowerment, and humanitarian aid.
